Deb has over 35 years’ experience in workforce development and project management and am currently working to promote career opportunities in the manufacturing sector. As a program manager for ReadyCT, a non-profit affiliate of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association focused on academic excellence and career-connected learning for K-12 students, Deb lead several statewide initiatives to increase student awareness and access to manufacturing training and employment.
