Statewide Industry Sector Meetings for Regional Sector Partnerships

An opportunity for conveners, industry representatives, and support partners to share regional updates and align priorities. A portion of the discussion will focus on identifying opportunities and addressing challenges related to work-based learning within each industry.

Keynote

This keynote panel will focus on developing and expanding work-based learning opportunities at the secondary school level. The discussion will feature Connecticut Technical Education and Career System students, their work-based learning sites, and mentors who will share experiences, best practices, and insights. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of effective models and emerging opportunities to strengthen early talent pipelines.

1:30 to 2:30 pm Industry Resources in the State of CT

This panel will highlight the range of industry resources available across Connecticut to support business growth and workforce development. The session will emphasize collaboration between employers, educators, and workforce partners to expand hands-on learning opportunities statewide.
